My fascination with Courtney Love began when I first saw her with her guitar slung around her body with raw rumbling growls exposing her powerful voice with the song Teenage Whore. A confessional songwriter with lyrics about her battle scars detailed in most songs but it’s her female empowerment and heavy punk rock bravado which sold me hook, line and sinker.
